Join us every Sunday at SMITH for a slow-cooked Brisket Dinner curated by Executive Chef Quin Cook.

Served family style, with rotating seasonal sides.

 

Sundays 4pm – Late

$45 per person [two person minimum]

 

Brisket: slow-cooked peppercorn crusted braised beef brisket, jus

Mashed Potatoes: buttery whipped Yukon Gold potatoes

Heirloom Carrots: cider gastrique, salsa de cilantro, fried leeks

Brussels Sprouts: dijon honey butter, pickled mustard sees, crispy black pepper onions

Accompaniments: mustard, house-made marinated pickles, artisan breads
